There is a kit out there that uses a Rotrex C30-94 blower -- but it costs out the ass. No idea what the actual rear wheel numbers are as I have never seen a dyno, nor read a thread by anyone that has done the mod.

 

Tell him the turbonator doesn't really help.

Either that or he should hook it up as a desk fan. You can run them with a couple of 6v batteries.
