Default 350Z with APS decals on the side

I was cruising down the boulevard with the wife and a cop decides to follow me. After about 2 miles it was getting old. I pulled up to a traffic light in the right lane and there was a very nice looking 350Z there with two young guys. The car had aftermarket wheels, big tires, exhaust and was riced out with APS stickers on the fender. I asked the passenger if it was a twin turbo and he nodded. I asked if it was fast and he nodded. The light in the other direction turned yellow and up went his window. Also up went his rpms before I could point out the cop behind me. The light turned green and the guy jumped across the intersection ripping his tires and power shifting to second. I was astounded.
After that the cop lost interest in me and wasn't following anymore.

Good looking out... seems like cops are everywhere lately by me... I got pulled over twice in the past week . The APS single and twin turbo setups are very nice

Reminds me, the other day we passed a Orange/Copper, whatever they call it 350 and as we got in front we noticed a nice FMIC. He started to pull up so we downshifted and took off, he hung with us for a bit then we started pulling away. BTW we were in the Z06.

Yeah, and a funny one at that.

I heard a similar story to this the other day. Just amazing how people are unaware of their sorroundings at times.

Dare I suppose that the cop pulled them over? If the cop wasn't there, would you have run him?
