At high speeds a stock S will not keep up with a Z. How do I know...well, I have the mods that are in my sig and at high speeds I barely hang with them. A stock S though, I'll beat.

yes, an S with 4.57's is faster than a Z. Before I was SC, I raced 4-5 Z's with my 4.57's and didnt lose once from a dig, or rolling from 30 or at highway speeds.
The gears will net a win for sure if you are a decent driver
