Default 4 Kills!?!?!?!?

Well...im not impressed with the competition i encountered tonight, but needless to say the fashion in which it happened was fun, especially only owning the car since thursday night.

So, im coming home from the gym and im pulling out of the mall down a three lane street that ends with green lights going right and left. Two lanes for the direction im heading, and im about 50 yards away and I can sense the yellow coming...oh well, may as well make a run for it, no traffic coming either way. So i downshift and some guy in a Ford F-something with a dulley for no reason i can think of cuts me off, then jumps back into his lane. WTF. No bigge, but when i pull up he gives me a look. "whatever redneck" i think to myself. Rammstein starts blaring through my new Alpine CD player linked to my ipod, and when the light turns green i let it fly. Not racing anyone, just enjoying and getting used to the new ride.

So like half mile at the next light he pulls up next to me and revs his engine. Perlexed is me. "Does he want to race" i think as the light turns, hes three car lengths ahead of me before I even move, but hey, im not gonna let a redneck show me up, so I redline and scream by him very very quickly.

Easy

I lose him and spot a Celica and Bonneville ahead, they seem to be racing (if you want to call it that) so I catch up, pull ahead and they meet up at the next light. They guy in the Bonneville goes out of his way to move into the lane next to me, I look back and hes got racing seats. Oh well, I think, lets go again.

This is now a four lane rd, which is empty and straight, this should be good practice for me. Light goes green, redline scream! Obvioulsy this is not a contest and I slow after a while only to have a Mercedes (brand new and black) pull up behind and then zoom right by. It was two dark to tell which one it was, but, it was a two door and I know they have a hardtop and a convertible version of this car (nothing special, defintely not a AMG)....so hes zooms by, and I drop to third and scream by him. Let him catch up, he gives me the thumbs up as he lights up his interior, I wave back and zoom off.

Again, not much competition, but man this all happened within like 2-3 miles on the same street like 5 minutes from my house.

Damn, im gonna love this car, gonna ask the girlfriend if she needs anything from the supermarket...........the one across town of course

Nice kills

Seriously though if this is your first S, take it easy on the bends and the brakes, especially in the wet, until you get used to it

thanks...and thanks for advice, i realised that i will have to tone it down especially around turns...the other day i hit the gas pretty aggressively which caused a slight fish tail around a corner...my girlfriend looked over and said "did you do that on purpose?!?"
