I was on the highway last week and ended up next to a new silver 997 Carrera S. It was a sight to behold and sounded nice too. I didn't want to spoil his bonding with his new Porsche so I decided not to push running him. At the next light I complimented him on his beautiful ride and the dude copped an arrogant attitude.
Go figure, I'm trying to be nice and he has his head up his a$$. I tried to talk performance with him and he said "It's a hell of a lot faster than yours." Wrong thing to say to Sideways! Immediately I decided to interrupt his bonding.
He took off at the green light like a bat out of hell. I let him go and slowly pulled along side of him as he was traveling down the highway at about 50mph. I was in third gear and he punched it. He jumped about 5 feet and I blew past him running it to 9300 rpm in 3rd. This puts me at a little over 95mph. I looked over my shoulder and he was several car lengths back. I shut down as there was no need to go faster. He went buy a couple seconds later with his left middle digit extended up and pedal to the metal. All I could do was laugh. I'm sure he won't pick on anymore S2000s.
I am eagerly awaiting the new 997 TT.

You should have run that ass-hole off the road and blamed it on "dietrich". That guy is very typical of a lot of porsche and ferrari owners out there. I remember several years back I ran into some flamer in an f-50. I asked the guy nicely if he would rev the engine once so that I could hear it. He said sorry "It cost's too Much". Good kill sideways as always representing the S2k community.
I am eagerly awaiting the new 997 TT.

Anyone else find it odd that this guy manages to brag about all sorts of kills and yet everytime someone tries to set up a race with Sideways he pusses out and makes excuses ....
Anyway, good kill
