i have a quick question..

will a 350z beat a g35? i realize that the g is heavier but im under the impression that they both have the same motor...the g is just slightly tuned differently.

what do you guys think? please no flames...i guess if you have the urge...but its just a question...keep that in mind

A lot of people believed the G was under-rated to promote sales of the Z more. I have not checked any dyno comparisons or head to head comps. Im sure with them being as close as they are in stats, some G's have been able to pull of victories against sub-par Z drivers.

 

Actually, its the Z that was restricted because Nissan wanted to make sure that the car was reliable enough (it was). The G is just heavier, more GT.

 

ive seen more s2000s lose to 350zs than G35s. so i say the G will lose.

the 350Z will beat the G everytime. i have owned both. and the 350Z will outhandle the G everytime aswel.

Z is slightly faster. 7 more HP and a little less weight.

Yeah I think its the Z all day long...long as we're talking the coupe and not the roadster

 

Z owns. I'm 4:0 (with my 350z) vs g35's... You never know though, a really good driver of a G35 might put me in my place someday...
