Big difference between a GT500 and the previous Cobra. Relatively stock Cobras put down around 375-400whp, but they are a good thousand pounds heavier than the s2k. BUT they run mega rich from the factory...less than a grand in mods gets you another 75whp pretty easy.

GT500 is a beast straight from Ford!

 

yeah this thing was mean, had the large chrome spoke wheels, really very pretty, the normal cobras dont come supercharged, do they?

 

Honestly with the cars you have beat I would have expected you to at least hang. Those things are heavy (over 4k with driver). I'm not sure what changes they made for '09 but maybe he was pullied?

 

 

yes the corbas are OEM supercharged

 

i too have been raped by a gt500, i only have an aem v2, and skunk 2 mega power, but thats about 10hp tops
