I know probably every S owner has run one, but I figure I'd post anyways...
Going down the highway the other day and a guy with an 07 Si coupe with exhaust, wheels, and probably intake as well runs up on me. I let him pass to see if he had anything, and he gets about six cars in front. He decides to punch it, so I drop with him at about 80 mph. I pulled the six cars back and grabbed two more. I apply the brakes and he keeps going down the highway. I hit traffic about an hour later and low and behold, I catch up to him. I nodded at him when I passed. As he pulls up next to me again he yells out the window "I knew those things were quick, but holy shit!".... I just smiled. I have K&N filter/gutted box and a Berk 63mm TP.

i just thought the end of the story was funny.... oh well, i guess some hard core street racers like yourself dont find it as funny.

 

I think he was calling the guy in the Civic a noob. Maybe not - I'm Not Sure.

 

I bet he thought you had at least 100 grand under the hood i'm just messing with yah!

 

So how fast did you end up catching him? from 60-200mph, or did he really race you?

 

May be he just have a Si sticker on a civic lx. J/K
