Default AP1 vs Altima SE-R

Hey guys I was driving around today with the top down and this guy in an altima se-r is driving pretty aggresively and riding my ass so I was like hey what the hell. We both end up at a red light with a stretch of empty road behind us. We both start rolling till I hear him floor it so I do the same, we were about even till I hit vtec and I pulled 2-3 cars or more. I was kind of suprised I thought they were a little quicker. My cars stock besides a test pipe.

nice race. I looked into the quarter mile times and heres what i found on them
2005 Nissan Altima Se-R 6.1(0-60) 14.8(1/4 mile) (C&D Sept '05)
2000 Honda S2000 5.5(0-60) 14.2(1/4 mile) - they didn't have the 01 on the website

One of these with a fart cannon revved at me the other day at the drive through. I wanted to race him, but my order took too long

Just becareful. I had a 2002 Nissan maxima with the 3.5 in it. VERY easy to make power... They LOVE bolt ons. I've seen Altima's and maxima's pull on 350z's with no problem.

yea the Z driver would have to suck bad. Bolt on are not simply going to make these things that nasty. They are tund from the factory like are cars already. Either way they are heavy. Good run man

Actually I have seen that a couple of times too. I am no sure whats different but something is. They seem to have real good top end compared too the 350z when modded. Not saying that it wasn't a bad z driver but I have seen more then one ser pull on a z

I was just gonna say... it wasnt a drivers race. Those Maxima's and altima's pull on 350Z's when modded well. I've been in the nissan world for a couple years and its crazy what people do to their maxima's and altima's. Total sleeper.
