So Im goin around 45mph, with no houses, 50, or plazas around. A black eclipse slowly passes me, then slows to pace me. I hear him downshift, getting ready to gun it. I heard and saw his huge single angled exhaust like mine, lol. So I honk 3 times, and we takeoff from 44mph and I drop it down to 2nd and wow did I take off! I shut down after I saw him gave up when I was around 8 cars ahead at the top of 4th. Good kill, but I was hoping for more of a challenge

It said GS-T on the rear, unless he switched the emblems to make people think it was a GS-T. I was surprised by how much I beat him, or maybe he doesnt know how to race or didnt know the "appropriate" gear to drop it in, lol

yeah the GST in stock form is not as quick as you guys apparently think it is, neither is the GSX for that matter... stock, you're talking about a low 15-second 1/4 mile from the GST, with high 14's from the GSX, and that's with Jesus Christ himself behind the wheel. Add a few mods though and then they become something to worry about. The GS and RS run high 16's for comparison's sake.

I ran a 14.64 in my 98 GST with the only mod being a HKS Cat back exhaust...

I ran a 13.7 in my buddy GSX with a turbo back, 550cc injectors, Boost controller, Intake, BOV, and S-AFC.

the GST was on stock boost, so like 10ish lbs. i only trapped 95mph or something like that.

Obviously from a roll the honda would kill it. I have raced my GST against my S2k (someone else driving) and from a dig its good thru second, and then the honda walks away.

My s2k ran a 14.0 at 100 bone stock...5mph is huge.

 

 

 

I raped a stock GS-T in my 5.0 which was about dead = with a stock S2K.
