So im on the freeway tonight and a sooped up black IS300 paces me. We gun it at the same time from a 75mph roll and I pull ahead and keep pulling till I hit around 125 in which I was around 2-3 cars ahead, then he started to catch up and stay at my rear bumper and we shut down at 135. But I know our top end starts to weaken the faster we go if we are N/A

 

Nice. Those have the 2JZ's in them and respond well to mods. What all do you think was done to it? I'd like to race one of them.

 

Modded they struggle to get into the 14s. But watch out for one that's got FI...you're in trouble then.

And the new IS350 is pretty darn quick right out of the box.

I love the IS...we have a 250 in the garage..but yes the 350 would rock!
Wish I had a 2005 IS300 with FI!

i took a stock is300 from a roll once when i had a 2003 nissan sentra spec v.

i pulled maybe half a car on him from 20-90. i had a cai and exhaust though
