the 02-02 wrx wagon had intake, full exhuast, larger top mount, i think 250whp to exact. (more boost of course)

haha thanks guys, i have done a dig with him, a street dig is an automatic fail. lol. at the track he ran 13.3 at 102mph. i forget exactly. my fastest pass was 13.6 at 103.79. awd is always superior on the street unless you have a substanial tire and power.

i have to say i REALLY miss my T1R 70mm v3. lol

 

A bugeye WRX will go into 4th around the same time as an AP1. The disparity is partially due to the WRX having a pretty long 4th gear.

A lot of people used to think the WRX was slow from a roll because of "parasitic AWD drivetrain loss". It's actually because 4th gear is more of an overdrive gear.

 

I wouldn't ever say its slow because I was probably about 40 wheel or so less. And my passenger in the 60 roll race was 100 lbs heavier.
