Ran my friend's Zo6 last night.

Zo6 mods: all stock @ etimated 405hp base horse.

S2000 mods: AP1 shell, F22 motor, AP1 tranny, AP1 flywheel, short ram intake, HKS exhaust, T1R test pipe.

We got 2 runs in & the outcome is:

1st run) Starting in 3rd @ 6rpm. We're even until I shift then he starts pulling. @ mid forth gear hes 1/2 ahead & we end it with him 3 cars ahead with me shifting into 5th.

2nd run) I hung with him a little longer this time, but still similar outcome. That Vette is fast. ;D Seems when I shift he pulls.

C5 Zo6??? since your not boosted i'm kinda shocked he only beat you by a few cars.... he was probably playing with you cuz that thing would be bus lengths away if he was serious against an NA s2000.

405 base horse is the c5 z06, i believe the c6 z06 is 500 crank

 

The ZO6 surely is faster then my S. We started both runs with me in 3rd @6K. We stopped at the end of my 4th gear which was plenty fast enough @ 100+mph. So it didn't take him long to get 3 cars on me. We just stopped the run cause there is no use in going any faster I clearly lost. I'm positive if we kept going he'd get even further away. BUT no it wouldn't be bus lengths.
