So i washed my car this afternoon and decided to take it for a spin with my topdown cuz the weather is perfect... so i was just cruising alone and doing my thing and a eg pulled up to me and start revving his engine telling me he wanted to go so i was like oh hell y not!!! i got a jump from almost a dead stop but he got me by half a car and stayed there till we hit traffic around 90 mph.

we slowed down and he gave me the thumb up and i asked him got he got in his car... he told me he's running a gsr motor with a supercharger.

all i got in my car is a k&n fipk but he got two passenger with him. i dont know what you guys think about the outcome but it seem about rite to me. Or maybe im just a horrible driver!!!!

 

Sounds fair I guess...

 

hmm he probably needs a tune. I would have thought a small car like that with more hp would perform better.

 

I'm sure he would've done better if he was by himself instead of two more passenger.

 

I had a similar experience with no passengers in the kids car. We were dead even till 100 and the phucker stopped going. The kid tried telling me that he had a B20 swap only. Lol.

 

i m surprised he didnt get you by more...... small light hatch with that much motor. my old 92 with a b18 ran dead even and slightly pulled stock s2000s

 

that is a good run, he might need a tune and squeeze out some more power but not much. My friends eg hatch gutted interior with a ls motor turbod at 7lbs of boost against my S with a testpipe and that was it I killed him from a dig. I killed him off the line and I was to far ahead for him to even have a chance, from a 15 roll (more in his favor) ha I pulled about a car once I hit vtec at aobut 20 and pulled one car, he kept creeping back up slowly till aobut 80 and passed me when he was at the end of 3rd and got me by about a car at 100.
As we all know gsr is a more powerful engine than a ls but a turbo is better than a supercharger!
