Audi A6 Killed
A6 even with the 4.2L V8 is a heavy heavy car, 340hp is just not enough to make it move.
RS6 is a better fight for an S2k, with the twin turbo V8... kinda sad it takes a V8TT to beat a four cylinder, but the car weighs over 1000lbs more.
S4 V8 vs an S2k, it's a driver's race. All depends on if that S4 driver is willing to rev it up to 7500k before he shifts, that V8 makes its peak power up high compared to other V8's, and its gearing is set for freeway sprints. I've run one up to a little past 150mph, they do have balls at the top end.
S4 V6TT (if it's stock) is an easy kill for you. Only problem it that V6TT is easy to tune to 400hp+ with turbo upgrades, exhaust, intercoolers, and software. Just a chip, diverter valves, and exhaust makes a nice 80hp gain on that car.
A6 with any stock engine should be an easy kill for you. Even a modded V6TT is still coupled to a 4400lb car, lot of mass to move.
S6 is a rare car, even rarer to find one unmodified. It's a tuner's car. Worth racing if you find one, but it's a toss up as to whether you're facing 240hp or 380hp.
S8 - heavy. It's more of a great handling luxury car than a real sports edition Audi. It has enough power to give it go, but not enough to make it compete against say an AMG E55.

It's only 250hp stock, so it depends on what platform it's in.
In the A4 platform, we know it as the S4... does okay, but it feels only marginally faster stock than the A4 3.0L n/a motor. Low 14's, high 13's with a great driver.
In the A6 platform, it's not that quick stock. Mid 15's.

I had a little run with the newer A6 as well. We were at a red light and I was in the far right lane ready to merge on to a ramp. The A6 was in the left side of me. I could tell he wanted to pass me so he could get on the ramp first. We both rolled normally when the light turned green but after a second we both gunned it at the same time. He couldn't pass me and missed the ramp.
15.3 - 15.4 seems to be average, it's a heavy car for its size. Now if it's chipped with exhaust, it's going to be in the 14's, which puts it in average S2k driver territory (*yes I know there are good drivers who run high 13's stock, but the average S2k driver is pulling like 14.5 if he doesn't know how to launch it) but you should still take him from a dig.
