I love S4s and Audis in general but I think I would rather have an M3.

I'm assuming it wasn't an 03 Cobra cuz it would rip an S4 a new one. The new S4's are great cars but I have beaten both that I have raced in my M3. Off the line it's tough to keep up but I had no problems pulling away in the triple digits. I have only raced one in my 996 TT (X50) and I'm not sure if he broke down or what but he was nowhere to be seen. I would not own an Audi because they are far from reliable...I have owned a couple (S4 and 1.8T) and had nothing but problems with them. I really like the new S4 but until Audi steps up their quality you won't find one in my garage.

Yea you know what sucks, he spent all that money over 50k and 3 weeks later something happen to the transmission, he could not reverse any more, so they had to take his car for like 1month, they did get him a loaner car for that time, and he did not have to pay his payment that month. But now that his car is back, and he has broken it in, it's a killer.

want to hear something even funnier, when his car first broke down, the service guy gave him a mazda protege5 as the loaner car, then 3 days later he thought about it "Hmm I purchased a $50k+ car, it breaks down and they gave me a $14k loaner car" Then he went up there, told them off, and they gave him a A6 loaner!!

Forget about reliability.

The S4 is a real sleeper if you remove the S4 badge and slap that 1.8T badge on.
