Default Beat by a skittle

A friend of mine has a buddy with a SRT-4 running a 60-trim (that's all he knew) at 18psi, open mid pipe, and other goodies and he wanted to run. I figured why not so last night we went for it. Started off around 45mph I was in third at 4200rpm give or take. We hit it, I get the jump but by the time we hit the top of fourth his door is at my front bumper. Very fast car. I was really impressed.

Dude no offense but WTF are you starting off a roll at 45 in third for? 45 is right around the VTEC changeover point in 2nd. Run him again starting in second and let us know what happens; I bet you pull harder. According the the previous result you should have enough of a lead that he'll have a hard time realing you back in.

Get back to us with the results!

Shouldn't be THAT different...he'd have more power but I think it'd be across the band and the high end would still be where the max power is. I was thinking maybe he has gears...?
