Camaro Vs. Mustang
Since no one puts any post ill put a new thread.
ok my friend got his new car...finaly!!
but its not new. Its a 1973 z28 Camaro. with a swaped engine from a v6 to a v8 and a brand new esaust
that makes it sound like a monster. It a beauty. And the weird thing is that its automatic.
so hes giving me a ride home from school and this Mustang 5.0 comes next to us and it sound lauder than stock. Hes pushing at the gas and keeps looking over at us.
so he guns it at the green and my friend does to. He doesnt have to shift but he steps on the gas (he later tells me he didnt even floor it) at first its close but we start gaining and start getting at least a car length ahead really fast. I tell my friend to shutdown so he does.
But to our surprise the stang didnt. My friend lets him go, the stang didnt even stop, we couldnt even see him. five or six minutes later. Guess what we see. the same exact stang crashed against a pole.
well that was it and from there i know im not racing untill im older and in a track

so i take it the story isn't true then.
however i have seen this happen before and have absolutely no feelings towards the ppl who have died or have killed their friends. one great incident involved a group of four youngsters.
it was this girls 21st bday and her b/f who was drunk and on drugs and driving an unregistered car and had a suspended licence (sounds unbelieveable but this is true, he is a complete bogun ie loser). anyway he comes tearing down a hill (that is speed limited to 60km, police estimate he was well over 100km when he crashed. the car was a complete crapbox anyway. he ends up killing his g/f and seriously injuring the other partygoers (they were going to her gathering at a local pub/bar).
the dude puts on the remorseful act during court but ends up in jail, too bad huh.
anyway this story is true and it happened here in sydney. drunk young ppl with nothing to do and no respect for other ppl as well.
ps you're also very fortunate to be born into some form of wealth if you can afford to look at an s as a first car, congratulations to your parents for working hard.
i'm not trying to have a go at you, i'm just trying to let you know that you are more fortunate then a lot of ppl. i wasn't born into wealth, however our family has worked hard and are now very comfortable. so remember when you think you're in a bad way, there's always someone else worse off so be grateful.
hope that's a bit of learning for you.
and if u get the s, then u won't regret it, it's a sensational car, it brings a smile to my face everytime i drive my brothers.
