I was on 85 driving wit my g/f, I noticed that there was a beamer behind me flashing and tailgating me. I moved one lane left to let him go (I don't race anymore), he just drives along side of me and keep looking over at my way, I was getting extremely irritated so I thought, "wut the hell" so I downshifted and pulled a little to see if he wants to race, and surely he starting gunning it and speeds up, I downshifted again to 4th and speeded up. we were side by side for awhile but I started gaining on him, I saw traffic coming up ahead. His lane was clear of cars, but my lane and the lanes next to mine had cars infront. I had a choice to either slow down or have faith in my car. well let's say that I had to cut him off when I had 1/2 car length on him, before I get my self killed. I felt bad for cutting him off even though I did have 1/2 car on him. I slowed down all the way to 65 and he never caught up. should I count this as a kill??

 

Oh yea forgot to mention, my g/f told me later that it was a M3, she's guessing it's a 97. I wasn't sure which it was, since it never caught up, and I never had a good look.

yeah its a kill.. i did this before racing a 4.6 stang.. no traffic.. but i forgot the lane i was in ended.. i ended up having to merge into his lane.. and it was pretty close when i cut over.

i felt really stupid for pulling that stunt.. not a good feeling.

 

I was thinking that it would be much better if you actually hit the guy and knocked him off the road totally. This type of action would count as a kill.
