you neeeeeeeeever know guys......i pulled up next to the 2007 Z06 this weekend.......
he was in the left lane, i was in the right lane at the light.............Same thing happens, i see the yellow on the other lights to indicate Mine is about to turn green...
THEN BAAAAAM! I launched on that Z06 SO FAST.....i was going So fast that when i looked back.........
He was taking a left
* eh hem*.. but no seriously... i could happen.. GOOD KILL!

IF it is was a Cayman S you would have died 4 sure from a stop. From a say 40mph roll.....you may have had a chance to about 80-90 after that you would have been toast. Caymans look good and all but I really dont think they are worth the money. Go FI and you will nuke a Cayman with ease. Good Kill!

my ap2 pull a cayman w/ just a intake & test pipe at the time about 2 cars length, it was some rich old guy,he gave me thumbs up and didn't wanna look at me. maybe he felt embarassed he was in a porsche and got whoop by a s2k lol

you're not even spelling caymAn right so i doubt this happened. 
they trap 5-6 mph higher than a stock S2000. it MAY have been possible for you to get him right off of the line (through first gear). but the fact that you say you were pulling farther away through each gear tells me that he didnt just mess up the launch. if he had messed up the launch, you wouldve gotten him for a gear, but he wouldve started to pull back on you opposed to you pulling further away so that option is thrown out the window.

yet again, another post by a member that just joined less than 2 months ago and has already beaten a car that is OBVIOUSLY much quicker than an s2k. Next thing we will see posts about 1 month old s2k owners beating Z06s....
