Why did you even click? You know I killed 'em...

Black GT-S with exaust at least, maybe suspension, crusin' at 75ish on the freeway, I drop to 3rd and ditch him (up to 112mph). Seemed like a cool guy though...

Good kill (?). We laugh at the things that try to race us, but then one day, you come across a sleeper (like the Sentra that runs 11's and looks stock!) and make us go DOH! It takes a sick person to spend that much time/money/effort on a beater just to humble other guys though...+

With a 2.0liter 240hp, i should hope you beat 180hp 1.8

Alot of the celica's have a problem between the steering wheel and the seat though. 14.3@98 is my best with an intake and no muffler. I race my buddies S2000 almost religously for fun. He always gets me about 2.5-3 cars up to about 100. I love the feeling of your rwd though, you guys have awesome cars. Much respect.

14.3 with just an intake? BS. The S2000 will get you more than 3 car lengths to 100 from a standstill. Much more.

I have tried a GT-S... Personally, I don't like it... Its engine is not as good as I thought... and the interior quality too.. I am so glad I bought the stook instead of those...

Celica6spd runs me all the time on the free way. That car is fast. And he does run 14.3's. Granted i run 13.9's all the time. I dont pull that car till topend of 4th gear. Those cars are awesome. Great value. Those owners are paying GS-R prices for Type R performance. And i might add as well that this Celica owner also placed 1st in our regional SCCA races for his class. I give that car much respect as should the rest of you. Go Toyota from bringing spice back into your cars. Now if they'd only put that GT-S motor in the MR2 Spyder .

Gabedude, you made a fine choice. Don't regret. The Prelude's a tight ride.

How does the guy run 14.3s with just an intake? I check out newcelica.org enough to know what times are realistic and what times are not. Care to educate?

My friend owns a stock GT-S and I pull on him in every gear, all the time.

And you run high 13s all the time in hot and humid Orlando, FL? Where are your time slips?
