The Boxster driver was probably in a hurry and you decided to waste his time.
Just to let you know, some people are not interested in racing on public roads. There is nothing worst than seeing one car speeding because they were in a hurry and another car suddenly takes off after them to provoke a race.

People crack me up "street racing is dangerious"...sure it is...but not anymore dangerious than people talking on cells, women putting on makeup, or the parents that are more worried about what's going on in the back seat than the road in front of them.
As for this encounter...everyone bitching that he was in the wrong...atleast he didn't slow the porche owner down...hell he made him a high speed hole
dj I understood your story and I'm with ya 100% on this.
As an aside, I personally don't give a rat's ass that someone else is "in a hurry" Just because you can't manage your time doesn't give you the right to get in front of everyone else. A buddy of mine in college was an expert at the 'box-out' You know the move when someone is obviously trying to cut off a whole row of cars using the right-turn-only lane or something similar and you position your car to keep 'em locked out. Aaah it's the little things in life that make it worthwile

Screw all the haters... I bob and weave through traffic and the highest possible speed. Not a little, a lot. Have for 30 years. NEVER CAUSED OR BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT.. :knocksonwoodandeverythingelseplasticmetaletal:
My point, I drive to pass every a-hole no driving sonsofbitches out there, problem is they keep making more dumbass, no driving assholes faster than I can pass them.
I love the a-holes that "own" the left lane like it is theirs and AT THE SPEED LIMIT ONLY... cars passing on the right, whipping out and around the slow pricks talking on the cell, or sitting so low in the car they have to PULL themselves up to see out the mirrors.. jesus...these idiots are ten times more dangerous than drunk drivers. And don't get me started on the bitches doing makeup.... man they are fcuking crazy. HEY LADY, GET THE FCUK UP A FEW MINUTES EARLY TOMORROW AND DO THAT SHEEOOTT AT HOME.
Okay, done with my rant.
I hate everybody equally no special treatment to anybody, you all drive like sheeoott and prove it everyday.

Thats when i'm glad I drive boosted or fast all motor hondas. The person still wins....sorta because the car behind me has no idea and drives normal speed so the jackass still beats most of the traffic but he gets behind me. BUT, there were those few times where the driver behind me knew what was up, and stuck to my tail as best they could.
like you said, the little things that make life worth while.
Topic hijacked
Aah that's the infamous 'gutterball' trick

To thwart this move, you speed up so they slow to get behind you then YOU slow down to box 'em out until the traffic catches up behind you. Works even better if they get stuck behind a parked car. From the 'offensive driving' skills I picked up growing up in LA.
Now, some people might point out that this is an asshole thing to do, and you'll get no argument from me. However, I justify it by saying that Mr. Gutterball's time is no more valuable than anyone else's so he'll just have to wait his turn to merge
lets recap here, THIS GUY NEVER GOT IN FRONT OF ME!!!! How could I provoke a race by "going after him" if he was never in front of me? You guys need to go back to english comprehension class! When i'm in a hurry I still dont drive like an ass bag.
On your first post you said "The trunklid reads "Boxter S" in black letters.

I'm glad someone caught this also. I just think that he saw the "S" later when all of this was done, and in fact he meant that the guy didn't get in front of him during the racing part
