Did a couple "races," if you will, within sometime. None are really worth mentioning unless you need a reason for boost

stock late 90's miata, 55mph me in 6th gear him in whatever power gear he would be at. By 90 I literally had about 4 bus lengths (note I was in 6th gear haha) no reason to go any faster.

I always mess around with a buddy of mine for the sake of just doing it. I'll go 50mph in 6th and he can be in his power gear (has a 2001 accord with i/h/e) and I just pull like a stock s2k would to a moped

06 mazdaspeed 6, 45mph him in power gear, me in 5th gear, floor it even till 55ish where I started pulling HARD all in the same gear

Supercharged landrover (06+). Not really a race but this fake guiedo wanted to loose me at a light, so he could go tell his buddies he beat some little rice rocket in his mommies truck. Anyway, he floors it, I don't need to. I hear the engine roar while I'm right on his ass the whole time short shifting around 5k rpms. He finally gave up around 80 as I just turned my blinker on and passed him as if nothing happend (I got to see his stupid "wtf" face with his half way turned hat). It was priceless.


Again nothing to be proud of but some people need to know what to pick on (any car with a giant FMIC should be second guessed before doing anything) and my friends need to stop making me "race" them despite the obvious outcome

Also Boost > NA all day long baby

ran an 06 GTO with full exhaust and a tune from 20-90mph. At 90mph I had over 7 car lengths on him on my hi-boost setting (confirmed by a few people including himself).


All the encounters I just listed before were on low boost

mid 400's on hi boost and mid to upper 300's on low boost (its temperature dependent hence the approximation in power).
