so we have a 2005 CTR with bolt ons (kpro,I/H/E) and a stock S2000 with just the PWJDM carbon fiber ram air induction kit.who will win theoretically and what kind of horsepower is the EP3 looking at?

It really depends. If the imaginary Civic has a fartcan and stickers it's clearly the faster car.

the EP3 weights 140 kg from the factory plus the additional weight losses from aftermarket parts, then there are the gains from the aftermarket parts which will give it a max 30-35 hp??if the tune is really good..what u think?i am asking because i was watching many videos on youtube with the EP3 taking an 'easy ' win against the S with the above mods and it seems that i cant find localy an EP3 to test my question.(theory)

a stock 05 CTR EP3 will lost to a stock 01 ITR every time.... so unless it was an expert driver in the ep3 vs a noob who didnt know how to shift up... the S will whup that ass all day at half open throttle

 

The S will win, but not by much. I'd be interested to see this matchup. Post a vid, preferably with GoPro HD Hero2

 

I/H/E K20A2 Ep3 CTR with Kpro properly tunedshould trap around 100-103 depending on the driver and motor health. Driver's race IMO with an edge to the EP.

I own a swapped (K24A2, not K20A2)EP and an F22 S2k FYI.

 

I agree, however if both were tuned I'd think the S would pull uptop
