I thought it sounded like garbage when the driver revved it up in neutral. (DISCLAIMER: that is just my personal opinion) However after watching the vid a few times the car sounds pretty mean form a roll. Once it got moving it kind of sounded like a pack of streetbikes coming down the street.

Any idea of how fast that S is?

It looked like low 13's high 12's... did you see that last launch he got through one, two, and three in the quickness... check it out one more time, just the last take off.

Sounds pretty mean, but I prefer a more F1 sound. That ITB is a little too loud. Funny you mentioned sports bikes, because I always thought American V8's sound like Harleys while some of the import sports cars sound like sports bikes. Some prefer the mean, loud sound of a Harley whilst others prefer the high-revving whistling sound of a sports bike. To me, the F1 sound is the best ever.

I think that setup sounds awesome... Daily driver it wouldn't work, but as a project.

I'd guess 103-105 mph @13.0-13.5 on street tires depending on the conditions. Of course I could be way off. It's very hard to gauge a car's speed in the 1/4 just by watching it on video.

I prefer the F1 sound too. That's why I ripped off my 3 chamber flowmasters and switched to a magnaflow catback with my Bassani X-pipe. My car doesn't have a low rumble really....its more of a high pitched sound. It actually sounds just like a jet engine before takeoff.

Figuring that the MY00-03's can do 60 in second gear, timing his run at the end there between moving and his shift to 3rd was about 5 seconds flat, which means he's probably under 5 seconds to 60mph. Thats just a WAG though.
