This is by far not the fastest N/A FG2 Si is south Florida. This is a comical claim. I know we're talking about a Civic here. But I personally know two guys who have simple mods and E85 and are running under 13.5's. I'm talking only I/E/RH/tune/DR's and some bs weight reduction.

I wonder where these guys get this stuff. lol

Umm didnt I say he could hit those numbers with DRs?? I showed you proof.. He's been called out by every all motor Si in south Florida and no one has beat him.. If there is a faster all motor Si down here he hasnt raced it yet and it's not a part of the Honda scene in south Florida. Everybody knows everyone down here in the south man.. his car is capable of a 13.5 my friend, nobody said that run was a perfect run..

So I guess we all drive slow cars then.... That's a fairly quick car man.. And based on what a stock Si runs this one is fast. Right or wrong?

to me its just like every other si. if you do proper modifictions to a car it should be quick. i trapped 103.79mph untuned in my ap1 at 13.6 with a 2.2 60ft. ALL si's gain alot of performacnce from a tune and simple bolt ons. thats there nature so no. the whole techincally stock part isnt a dumb statement because hes on e85. thats like a s2000 with full bolts ons tuned on c16 with crazy timing...

^^ you know, despite what you may think, race gas does not always gain power.

My buddy thought this, took his si to the dyno on 5 gallons of 112 octane mixed with 93, effectively 104 octane mix, he gained no power tuning it on the dyno. (previously dyno tuned)

They really do their research on the compression of the motor to see what it performs best with. There's a reason the n/a motors in japan are 11.7:1 and here they're 11.0:1

higher the octane less chances of detonation.. there for you are able to squeeze more power out of the engine..

I know what higher octane does. This does not always equate into more power

Raising the ignition is fine and all, but if you're at MBT then you're at MBT...

You can't advance ignition past the ideal point of creating the highest cylinder pressure (most torque)
