Default Friday night showdown...continue...

Hi Folks: i'm back again
New kills tonite...

First-On my way to the movie, i was crusing around 70ish. A yellow Type-R with black carbon fiber hood started to pace me. I look over and his passenger pointing foward, signaling the race. I nodded and we slowed it down a little to get even. I waited for him to gun it. I was in 3rd around 65-66mph, he gunned and i follow. I was pulling on him pretty good. We reached around 120ish and he's a good 5 cars back . I was expecting only 2 cars lenght.....oh well....he was very far back.. From what I can see, he have a black/hood (carbon fiber??) lowered/stock rims/exhaust....

Second-On my way back from the movie. I saw a green mustang up ahead and i was eager to get next to it. When i closed on him, it looks kindda fishy. A little closer and I saw a BIG SALEEEEEn imprinted on his back bumper, a little closer and his big/chrome rims were blinding me. I droped to 3rd just incase. As soon as i get even with him he wot....I did the same. He was pulling...but wait...vtec kick-in and he he he still PULLING on me like i was in reverse . He got me around 2 BUSES(not car, bus) up to 115. i don't think his saleen is stock, i can hear his exhaust roar pretty good from a FAR distance....

Third-At the race this time. Guess who i'm lining up with. A BLUE Audi S4. I was a little nervous actually, never run with one before. We lined up, i drop at 7Krpm.....way too much. I was peeling pretty good. By the end of 1st, I was at his rear fender. BUT WAIT, here come the 2nd gear that i love. Pop it to 2nd and OMG I just plasted by him like he was standing still. I was so surprise ....He was at my back fender when I redlined to third. I kept on pulling on him, by the end i had him around 1 1/2 car. *What TURBO???*.
His launch was perfect, he jumped on me pretty good.

Hope you'all enjoy these encounters...
More to come.......
NICK

Mustangs with a lot of Saleen engine work ain't slow, that's for sure.

My friend drove the daughter's car of Steve Saleen (founder) down here where I live in Irvine, and man the car was fast as hell. Fully decked out Saleen Mustang with a supercharger pushing a grip of PSI.

But anyways, about mustangs. Lost to a 5.0 mustang on the freeway, thing must of had a grip of mods cuz he also broke off my friend's B16 hatch with i/e/h.

NO!

.....well, unless he agrees to let you keep the M if ANYTHING happens to your car while in his possession!!! (since you said he can't drive and the M is his first stick car)

I hear that quite often to "redline in 2 or 3rd" to keep up... and then jam it into 4th.. etc. etc... I'll keep it mind..
