Default G35, IS300 and S2000

i pull up to a 2 lane red light. there is a IS300 in front of me with me behind him (he is first at the light). then there is a white honda accord with a g35 right behind it (the accord was first). i am beside the G35. the IS300 (manual) had an exhaust, was lowered with rims and foglights. the G35 was a stock manual.

the light turns green and the is300 takes off kinda easy and i follow waiting for him to gun it. he doesn't so i shift into 2nd and right as i shift into 2nd at about 20mph, he goes WOT, so i downshift back into first and give chase...the G35 switches lanes behind me and follows us. i shift into 2nd and pull back the huge lead the is300 got, and by the end of 2nd i had to hit the brakes because i was coming close to rear-ending him but didnt want to go around him because there was traffic up ahead that we had started to catch up to.

we all slow down and i switch lanes and get beside the IS300 with the G35 RIGHT on my tail. we're going 28mph which was almost perfect for 1st gear (30mph is best ). i wait for the IS300 to hit it...hes does, and i WOT and pass him as im shifting into 2nd. the G35 went WOT right after me and im gaining cars on him as well. by the time i ring out 2nd and shift into 3rd i have at least 5 cars on the IS300 and probably 3 on the G35 (he passed the IS300 as well). i shut down at the top of 3rd because the IS300 let off and i was still gaining on the G35. the G35 pulls up and says "that thing's QUICK!" and i replied "all i have is an exhaust short shifter and an intake" and he replies "im stock" and i said "yea but we both killed that is300" he finishes by saying "yea but i couldnt keep up with you" we both wave and head off in different directions.

the IS300 wouldnt catch up to me no matter how slow i went. i guess he was kinda embarassed. i know these aren't monstrous wins like i used to have against SC G35's, Turbo RSX's, LS2 GTO's and C5 Corvette's...but im still happy i have the S back and im winning races again.

i blew it July 5th 2007 and got it back September 2nd 2007 at 10:10 am. i remember the time exactly. it feels awesome to drive it again and i love it so much. no more nitrous for me though. it's still a fast car for sure and can take out most on the street if driven properly. but the 100 shot feeling not the nitrous itself...will definitely be missed.

i used a 100 shot and the car leaned out. the motor couldnt really handle it. i ran a 75 shot for 2 months with no problem, but i think that a 75 shot may be the car's limit without extensive tuning and timing retardation.
