Default g35 vs s2k

Well I use to own a g35 and knew a lot about it, but then switched to an s2000 . I was driving to get some BK with my girl friend and in the corner of my eye I see a Carribbean Blue G35 it was beautiful. As soon as I passed him, he quickly turned and caught up to me. If you ever heard a g35 or 350z with a pop charger intake, you'd know because the sound is amazing. His license plate was D-12312 <-- something like that so I though it was a dealer tag. This guy wouldn't stop down shifting and take off. And from the sound of his G he had exhaust and the pop charger.

So I was going about 55mph and downshifted to 2nd gear. I heard he downshifted to and I guess he wanted me to take off, so I went WOT. He went wot right after me but did not stop my pull and I just kept pulling hard! I shut down in the mid of 3rd gear and was about 2 cars ahead. Even though I took off first I though that the G35 would be a better fight.

G35-exhaust and pop charger

Me-I/H/E/TP/VAFC tune.

When my car had just an intake I easily walked G35s. The G35S and G37 are a little harder. I've raced both and the outcome has been I'd take them if I had a good launch. But good kill.

Nice.

Stock for stock with the older G35's, the S should almost always prevail. The G will hold up top, but 0-120 S2K>G35.

they have more power, but they are heavy. Intake and Exhaust ain't gonna do it, especially with your mods...not below 120 at least.
