Could Not belive how fast the SRT-4 was. He only has the exhaust and blow off upgrade and he pulled on me. Whats up with that???/ I know he is turbo charged and all but come on now. He is just a little and after the third time I was just like

SRT 4 will be a handful for an S2000 when stock but with mods the S2000 doesn't stand much chance. Factory FI cars pick up large gains with relatively minor mods doe to very conservative factory tuning in most cases. A turbo car can often pick up huge gains just by getting larger diameter exhaust.

 

We went from a 40mph roll and when we hit about 130mph he was about 1 and 1/2 cars ahead. But when we went from a dead stop at a light I pulled off the start with a great blast off and was about 1 car ahead of him untill we hit 3rd. Then it was over.

Yeah, those cars are becoming quite a nuisance. They are fast, affordable and very capable cars. I get scared when I am in the XT, b/c those things go like a bat outta well you know

Not 100% sure but this is what he says. Just exhaust, blow off and Tein's. But all I have is Comptech intake and Exhaust and Tein's.. What else can I do that will not void my warrenty to make my S faster??

As mentioned in another section on this forum, those cars have been dyno'ing 240-250 fwhp "stock". They're under-stated.

 

Yeah I read someone did that with slicks, dunno, guess it could have happened with an amazing driver. Did you see under the hood? I thought our cars were pretty even as it is, and with about equal mods I guess maybe the FI just responded better.
