Default H22 Hatch

Ok, so I know people always post what would the outcome be... so here's mine. My 03 S, no mods but stereo, vs. 96' civic hatch with H22 swap. The civic has basic bolt on's, no cat and a gutted interior. I'm assuming his hp would be about the same as my S but obviously a lighter car and FD vs. Rwd. What do you think the outcome would be? Assuming from a roll to whatever. Thanks just wondering.

Assuming you are stock, if the hatch has any mods (in addition to the swap) or weight reduction, and all else is the same (ex: driving ability), he should be able to put a pulin' on you (but not likely more than a couple of carlengths in say a 20 to 100 run); if nothing else, I'm basing this on wt:"motivation" ratio. The H22 has 200 hp at around 7k and comparable torque to the S2k.
Disclaimer: I just made several estimates--too many variables in this scenario to be obsessively exact.
However, no matter his swap, he will still be driving a UFO I mean egg I mean hatched egg I mean hatchback.

He should be able to pull you pretty good really. Those hatches are only 2200 pounds or so full interior, so it could be ugly. Now if he can't drive....

No, I figured he might pull a bit, but not sure how much. Would be a friendly go in the spring.

He should pull, esp. at lower speeds. When a friend of mine had B18 in his hatch with bolt-on's, he pulled on me from a roll, but I ate him out of the launches.

Honestly, you'll have your ass handed to you. Those H22 hatch are faster on a roll vs our S, not sure about from a dig but I know it has mad torque so if he's too high on the rpm while he launch then he'll lose traction. Also, what do you mean by you're stereo? Sub plus amps? More weight added to the S vs a 2200lb hatch with a h22 will not be a pretty sight either.

Yeah, same goes for an Enzo, huh? If an H22 hatch can't beat a stock 850T, then not even a fighter jet can.
