So I'm looking on LS1.com for more info about this split window 63 vette coupe (i decided to go on several sites I thought I might get info from) and I decided to see if there was any conversations going on about S2000's. So I do a search and every damn way I put it in... S2000, s2000, s2k, S2k, S-2000, s-2000, etc.... NOTHING. NO S2000 talk anywhere in any forum. Not even when I searched for threads from as old as 3 months ago.

BUT, aha!!! I go into their street stories section and there's one S2000 story right even in the thread title, as well as the posts. It was a good story (a driver of an S2000 said he could take someone's car, and he lost, but took it like a man....), but I have come to the conclusion that the moderators/administrators that be, do NOT allow the word S2000 to be searched in any way. I find this kinda funny. Last time I checked, you could look up LS1 here and find plenty of threads. But do the same search using any form of "S2000" on LS1.com and your search will ALWAYS turn up empty.

What's my point? No point really, just find that funny... in an ironic sort of way...

Through further poking and prodding on LS1.com, I have come to the conclusion that you can't search for ANYTHING unless you are a member. Again, this is a first, as I have searched several sites for information that I was NOT a member and I didn't have any problems. hmmmmmmmmmmm.

That doesn't surprise me, you have probably kicked some serious butt over there. I love reading your posts; I live vicariously through them. Keep them coming!

They pretty much laugh at the S2000s that try to race them...and they usually stomp them after they're done laughing. A few guys stand up and publicly appreciate the car, but, none of it is really worth your time. But, I assume you'll end up spending lots of time there trying to convince them that the S2K is a fast car. Soon you'll realize that we're better off with them thinking we're all slow.

Oh I'm not going there to troll. I was just going to see if anyone knew where I could get more info on this 63 vette. how much it's worth, history, how many were made, etc.

I don't think very many people will know the value of a 63 vette over there. We're just a bunch of LS1-heads.

Seriously, you might find your answer in the classic section of Autotrader.com.
