Look, I own a WS6 which has PRECIOUS LITTLE in common with the S2000, and I have made plenty of friends here. Look how they are defending against your statement deriding my car. That should tell you something. You have an S and even so they do not seem to like you. Change your attitude and you will get a lot further. I am accepted here by most because I respect the S and think its a neat car and am not afraid to say so. Even on domestic forums for those of you who remember the mustang-forum debate I was in

Uh, dishing it back to who exactly? There's no one "dishing" anything to you prior to your post on this thread. Must be the imaginary posters that are out to get you.

 

OP: I love close races, no matter the outcome. I thought the LS1 cars were very underrated, and put nearly 325 to the ground stock ('92), am I mistaken?

I think this forum, especially this section, respects cars of all types. To say that you're being singled out is erroneous.

S2k, I think N/A wants to keep his stock for a bit for monetary reasons, if I recall correctly. Cams would sure let that bad boy engine breathe.

98-02 were the F-body years that got LS1's. They put down anywhere from 285-320 bone stock depending on the options and each car involved.

 

This is my DD. I just dropped $1200 on my last toy (SIG 226 Elite) and could have put that into a set of longtubes and a lid and catback, but chose not to. The reason being is I do not plan on doing anything with this car other than driving it until I can afford a true sports car. My current plan is to keep her stock until I am 25 and have my BSN and can afford a Viper. I have always wanted one and by the time I am 25 I should be able to put 1/2 or more down. Yes I know it is a "stupid investment" but I do what makes me happy in life, if I can, and sports cars have always given me a warm fuzzy feeling. Especially the semi/exotics.

The WS6 is fun, but it IS still just a half-decade old pony car. I would rather not dump lots of money into it. For the afformentioned reasons.


Cam, LT's, tune, would have me at around 400whp if I went aggressive with things. Just hypothetically.
