How do you guys think I will stack up against a Jetta 1.8T with CAI, Chip, Exhaust, and some kinda BOV that redirects air to something I didn't understand. I'm completely stock.

 

Be careful with it. Run from a dig, a roll would give it a chance.

 

It'll depend on exactly what they have in it, but I'd say a good run with you pulling ahead. VWs are hard to shift in my opinion. There doesnt seem to be any definition...you just move the stick to where you think it should be and hope for the best. Not a race car. I havent't raced one in my S but I think you'll win.

 

if he only has inatek, exhust, and chip then you should win but it'll be close. I agree though from a dig you'll kill him.

you'll win.... walk him the whole way no matter the speed... im completely stock and beet my friends 01 jetta 1.8t with 20lbs of boost intake exhaust and some other fuel mods...

 

Awesome I was thinking it was going to be close, with me coming out ahead in the end. Thats all the mods he claims, and he said he had around 240HP so I think we will be close with the weight advantage in my corner. WE are suppose to run tonight I will let you guys know what happens tomorow

 

i've raced one with an after market turbo and chip and i beat it by 2-3 cars, but race that fat pig from a dig and u'll beat him easy
