Looking for white S2000 in the south Dallas area
The owner of this car lives around the Cedar Hill area....maybe further south.
I've seen this guy before but he usually just flies by and I never see him again. It's white, black rims (18's?), single exhaust. No big deal, just curious.
This morning on my way to work he flew by again and it looked like he and an Altima where having a little fun, so I decided WTF and joined in. This was about 6 am. We soon lost the Altima and it was just he and I weaving through traffic....it was fun, but I guess I should've just let his ass go on coz I came 12" from totaling my car. As we were weaving around I saw an opening and took it....as soon as I switched lanes, the truck in front slammed his brakes and rear ended the car in front (why they stopped on the fast lane during fluid 60 mph early morning rush hour is beyond me). I swear I've never braked so hard....for the first time I benefitted greatly from ABS. My car smelled like burnt rubber all the way to work. Anyway, I stopped about a foot from his bumper and then I saw the S2000 drive by and I just know he was probably laughing his head off. :-) So I just wanted to tell him that I DIDN'T wreck!
I don't own a S2K, maybe someday. I drive a '97 base Prelude.
And just for the record....we weren't racing. He obviously drives fast on his way to work and I was just basically trying to keep up.
