Default Lost to a Jetta GLI

I feel quite sad...not sure what happened. We were next to eachother on I-10, we made eye contact, sped up and stayed even for a few seconds and he just took off. I feel like a chump.

Yep, why don't you drive your Jetta off a cliff. That'll be about the only way it'll really be fast.

Guys, I am not a troll and I don't own a F-ing Jetta. I might go get one because it sure did blow away my Honda....even though I had my engine whirring at 9000 RPM. Maybe if I can just get a few more RPM I will beat this German machine.

Register your VIN so your status changes to *owner* and you'll gain some credibility (but certainly not as a driver ).

lol. Don't expect to trade in your S2k and get a jetta that will be quicker. It takes a decently modded jetta to blow away an S2k the way you say this one did.

By the way, did anyone else see the statement released by VW recently? Apparently, for reasons *unknown* the 1.8T engine in VW's is suffering extremely high ignition coil failure rates. So much, in fact, that in certain areas, repair/replacement parts are becoming scarce for the 1.8T engine and owners are having to wait until more parts arrive.

I feel for those in that situation. I'd go nuts without my S.

They do have a 100-120 HP SC kit for the VR6 engines now. Maybe that is what you ran into.

O.K....I updated my status. I never felt that it was important to do so before. Now that you deem me reliable what do you have to say.

I do know how to drive
