raced a M roadster the other day. while pulling up to a stop light i stopped right next to a M roadster as soon as the green light hit he took off, i wasn't planning on racing but he kept on urging me by revving his engine. i'm usually skeptical about street racing because of my past speeding tickets, so i ignored him for the second time, but he wouldn't quit, so the third i was like f@#% it, so we went at it. we were rolling around 35 mph then he punched it getting an early jump, so i dropped it to 2nd gear, at the end he pulled on me about 1 1/2 to 2 car legnths, i stopped when i hit 115 mph then pulled next to him we gave each other a thumbs up and took off. just thought i had to share.

 

that seems like way to close of a race unless you have mods..........he ways about 3000 pounds and has 315 horsepower.....0-60 around 4.7 and 1/4 around 13.1..............no way it was that close.........but who knows maybe he can't drive........

 

Could have been a 240 hp version with some mods. The 315 hp would be a different race.

yes I forgot the older version only had 240....still a great kill....

 

i forgot to mention my car isn't stock, i have i/h/e and a vafc, and it was going down and up hill through a couple of twist and turns

I pulled on an M roadster on the highway three times in one enconter. BUT, I dont think I gained more than a half to a whole car length. It was dead even pretty much.
