Hmmm so the other night i ran a c6 vette with intake, header exhaust, cams and a tune. Me i have an ap1 with inlinepro kit making 370 rwhp. well we did 3 runs from a 60 he honked three times... i was brake boosting of course lol we were dead ass even.... he would inch than i would inch.... second run was more like a 40-45 kick, he honks 3 times me brake boosting again i jump for a second but he pulls me right back in we stay even to about 120 as i get into 5th my car starts to break up and he pulls about a car to a car and half on me.... sucks i really wanna get retuned... i got road tuned but as you can see my road tune was basically 1-4 gear lol.... but either way i stuck with him til about 120. I ran him a while ago when he just had intake and i would put about 2 cars on him and keep pulling obviously his mods helped lol!!!! either way good runs and was fun.... def fast car!!!! torque owns if you dont brake boost!!!! lol ...... WHO NEEDS TORQUE WHEN YOU CAN BRAKE BOOST??? lol

 

well you always brake boost in a turbo car or else. I'm surprised you didn't pull him @370rwhp and 2660lbs or so..... Maybe your car wasn't running right? Nice runs

 

let me get this straight....you have more power then him, but you still lost?!?

Actually, I think in this case, the C6 easily has more power due to those mods.

not bad, but hearing his mods i'm surprised you did that good. NOT knocking your car in the least. but the cam (not cams, he only has one ) should have really helped out alot on the car. especially when added on top of the headers, exhaust, intake and tune. what kind of intake are we talking? a CAI or the actual intake? i'm going to guess CAI??

^ I agree, not bashing at all but with those mods the C6 would be pretty quick. Nice run nonetheless, sounds like you have a quick car.

 

hahaha its my buddy so i know all his mods lol ill get a pic of it.... ummm his intake like actually sits like at the front bumper like a scoop so on highways its a +++++ lol... he said thats why on dyno they dont gain as much cause not a much wind as if the car was moving..... hmmm i dont know .... let me get a pic... well when he just had intake i pulled the shit out of him like 1.5 cars and pulling lol
