Today I was cruisin the backroads, and saw a couple middle aged guys rippin' around in this mustang. It looked like maybe a '92 or '93. It was a GT convertible and in pretty good shape. I thought I'd follow him for a bit and see if he wanted to do a highway run. Sure enough, he was game and we went from about a 30 mph roll. It wasn't pretty for him. I started out behind him and passed him about like I'd pass a semi truck.....it was that bad. I was kinda surprised.....I thought they were somewhat fast. Later down the road they got in front of me and the driver tossed out a half full beer can.

Nope, not stock. Intake, exhaust, testpipe, 4.56 gears. That car had exhaust for sure, and I'm not sure what else.

 

All I have to say is... don't let the noise and the big "5.0" scare you cause it's all an act... lol.

if you want a real v8 get a camaro and be done with it. even if you were stock you would have pulled him.

Anyway, those drivers are a bunch of pricks. Glad you put them in their place. Those 5.0s are my favorite Mustangs. They can be made to be soooo fast. Plus I love their fox body.
