On my way back from my girlfriend's sorority prom, I met up with bone-stock Mid80s Vette. The car sounded mean but the guy said it was completely stock.

We got on the NYS Thruway and went from bout 60ish and we were neck and neck until around 85MPHish until I started to pull away. I really couldn't tell who had a good jump but I kept going because my girlfriend was filming (so I thought). After 120MPH, I had over 5-6 car lengths. I let off in 5th gear around 5.8KRPMS around 145ish and she told me she didn't get a chance to video tape it

Eh, about all I could muster this weekend. I did get a 60ish-135ish video that I can post later. I let off due to traffic. I want to get 160MPH on film soon. I gotta find a private track first tho

If you get to 160 mph I hope it IS on the track and not the highway!

 

All of my 135-145 runs are on a private track in the city where I live.
