Default MKV R32 vs AP1

so at this last VW meet there was supposed to be a kid w/ a MKIV R32 from the whoretex calling me a ricer...well here's his post after i said VW dosent make a sports car...

many people on the whoretex said he was a moron that had met him in real life, and laughed at is statement about the S...and that the R32 was a sports car...

onto the run...
the kid w/ the MKIV R didn't show...even after i offered him a friendly race to show me how slow his R32 is...

several of the guys at the meet had seen the thread and thought it was funny...one of the guys at the meet had a MKV R32 and said "well i'll keep up w/ your honda sports car(while laughing) w/ my R32"...i said "OK sport...good luck(the kid was like 19)"...

My 02 S2k:ACT stg1 clutch/K&N FPIK/J's header/berk 70mm TP/stock exhaust cut before rear axle/245/35-17 tires(poor mans gearing reduction)

his MKV R32: Evoms cai, USP test pipe, Uni stg2 flash

we rolled out towards the end of the meet and went from a 25 roll per his request...he held me for a sec, but i started to inch him before i was out of 1st...in second i put him to my rear bumper...3rd i had him about 1 1/2 cars off my rear bumper...4th @110 i had about a bus and pulling hard on him; so i shut it down...

he was actually a gracious looser and admitted he had never raced an S before and thought because we had similar power he would hold me...lol

Those R32s are pretty heavy.

haha, I like this quote!

But on a serious note, VW R32 or not, I dont like people that are so big-headed. Even if he was to beat me, I'd still have no respect for him.

I've driven R32s before. They're pretty fun little cars. I just don't like the boxy hatch look. They sounds amazing though. Good kill!

On another note, I ran my buddies VR6 many of times with the MR2 & S2. I'd put about a bus length on him with the MR2 & more with the S2. All fun though.
