Thanks for posting the pics, that looks like a nice set-up. I am impressed you managed to take an STi. Nice one.

so you're boosted...
you pulled 1/2 car, which qualifies as him standing still...
and you posted in vin diesel dialect....

ummm....
nice kill...
Ha. I'd think for a boosted S2k, you'd pull more than that on a WRX. WTF. Nice Kill.

its actually a japanese conglomerate called something about heavy industries.. never really been a fan of their cars.. i don't agree with building only all wheel drive cars.. awd takes too much power away from the engine in the transfer to the wheels and it takes a lot of fun out of handling the car imo. just makes it so the car does everything for you. i love rwd.
You may not be a "fan" of awd cars, but for a car under 35k to go 0-30 in just 1.2 seconds, i'd say they did something right. There arent many cars out todfay that can accomplish this, including a Z06, $600k porsche, Ferrari, Ford GT, and also a 2003 Suzuki GSXR1000, which if you dont know is, or was, the quickest production motorcycle in the world. I'm not sure I believe it yet, but it was printed, and I did read it.
I'd say that Subaru did something right, like 'em or not.

being a current Subaru owner- I can say that AWD has its place.. and it's not a constant AWD, but more like the CRV (to compare to Honda).
The STI is a good car, fun, sporty for a bigger car, and heavy. They are not all that fast, or great, or super. MAYBE a 13 sec car, if the driver is moderately decent.
Not taking away from your "kill" in the slightest. Just there's a lot of mis-conceptions. Your car should , in theory, beat an STI without a second thought. You've got the HP and weight that would make you a far superior auto over the STI. I'm, of course, assuming your driving is good.
Now, racing on public roads... well......
