After I finished teaching my spanish class in Itaewon, I began driving home. Along the way I was passed by something that looks like a G35 but bigger, so I go and begin to catch up to him but traffic is so bad I really can't. After about 10 minutes, I figure I wont be able to find him but with just my luck, he ends up right in front of me at a red light and saw its a G37. So I rev up a little, he looks back, gives a thumbs up and revs back. Light turns green and we take off. he pulls on me a little bit of the line but I catch up and Im right on his tail for about 3km, not really trying to pass him. We get to the next red light and I pull up next to him. He says he is shocked that I was right on him the whole time and I say lets go on this light all out. So light turns green, and I get a really nice launch and so does he. Our speed climbs up quick and we are almost dead even. Once I get into 3rd, I start walking away from him and end up winning by like 1 car length after he let up. Next red light I told him nice car and great race. He says same, gives thumbs up and we part.

 

I got walked by one of these once we got up to around 60mph, before I was Turbo'd, raced one the other day, I didn't launch spun 1st, started to catch him in 2nd, and once I went into 3rd, I walked away, I should say jogged, just a shame I don't know how to drive, if I did, I would of had him from the get go, but I like coming from behind

Im a really good driver and have a nice set of mods on my s2k, but nothing outta the world. I did notice that the g37 is MUCH faster than the G35.

I also got a new encounter during my lunch break. i was heading back to my office when I pulled up next to a new VW Rabbit. He had an exhaust system and possibly some suspension since it was lower than a normal rabbit. I get on his side he looks over, and we just go at it. I pull about 1 1/2 cars on him just on launch and blow his doors off. He goes to the far right of the road at the light and just turns right without even looking over, but his homeboy in the passenger seat was laughing.

 

A g37 is SIGNIFICANTLY faster than a g35 coupe....

Even a new G35 sedan is scary fast. stock.

Any HR version of the VQ is much MUCH faster than the older DE versions
