On my way to work today.
I'm at a light messing w/ the radio and I hear the car next to me revving furiously. I'm thinking, 'who could this be? A race maybe?' I look up and see an old VW beetle and realize he's just trying to keep his car from dying. He did it at the next three lights.
It gave me a laugh.

my friend had one back in the days. he said when he went to san francisco (very hilly), he couldn't make it up some of the hills and needed a good head start to make it....at WOT. he told me many times he had to turn around and try again. they got great gas mileage though! haha
