I finally got to get beside one today, he got my attention by rev'n at me. So I pursued him and drop it into 3rd JUST shy of Vtec... I think I was doing 65 or so and we're off... he was hanging in there for a second or 2 but then I started pulling pretty good the faster we got. Then we did one more run from 45'ish, I was in 2nd gear and pulled ahead about a car or a little more thru 3rd gear and let off... wasnt exactly the best place to run them. My car until today has been running like a champ... I need to get a tune-up BAD... I kinda feel that I should have pulled more on him had the car been running better.

I really couldnt tell ya... are there any visual differences btw the new and old?

 

the taillights are all red and have LED on the new ones and the old ones have the yellow in it. Also the rims are 17" compared to the 16" stock ones. and the headlights are diff also

Well, I am pretty sure the taillights were all red and I kinda recall them having LEDs in them. Paint was new and shiney looking.

The Type S does not have LED's...

 

I didn't think it did either?

 

As I said, didnt pay much attention... what I do know is that tail lights were red and paint looked new... not sure about the LEDs... but it definitely had Type S badge on it.
