Default nothing to do with an s2k, but funny...

i was out tonight with a few friends tonight in my mom's car (yeah, i know...but from a smaller lexus to a bigger one) and some other teenage guy pulls up next to me in a jeep cherokee of some sort and gives me the "lets go" look, so i play along. hehehe, i let off at 80 to be safe (and there was no one else around, i would never try something like this with a lot of people around) and had about 2 1/2 car lengths on him. i laughed all the way home because last time i checked, the jeeps have 4 liter v-8's, and all the rx-300 has is a 3 liter v-6. just thought i'd share cause i found it amusing.

Just cause it's a 4.0 V-8 does not mean its powerful.

And you should also know that some of the Cherokee's have V-6's in them.

RX300 is pretty good,

Race a wrx station wagon, going to Reno(threw the twisty).RX300 handly very well for SUV.

But my best killed in my GF RX300 is against a civic, big wing, guages muffler(rice out).At the stop light on Capital express and Tully.Left his ass standy still lol hehe,he was very happy at the next light. He ask if i wanna run again?i say no thanks, too many cops on capital express.

RX300 is not bad car at all.

X5 handles better tho..........lol.....i have driven both cars for a few months, and the X5 by far has a much sitffer chassis and suspension....the RX 300 is great, but i like the more rugged ride, the RX is still too quiet, i like to hear my motors!

The 4.0L in Jeeps is an inline 6 cylinder. Their V8 is larger, like 4.7L maybe? And the Liberty, uses a V6 of something like 3.7L.

I don't think its that big...I don't think they go over 4L or so. I could be wrong.

Any get to drive a Murano or FX4 yet?

The 6 cylinder is a 4 liter. My dad has one, it is slow. The jeep with the V8 would smoke an RX. Before the X5, ML55, and Cayenne, I believe the Grand with V8 was the fastest SUV. It does 0-60 in like 6.9 or 7. If I'm wrong, forgive me.
