Default One Badass Civic...

This shows what you can do with Honda's "Torqueless" wonders. This amazing Civic raced a Viper and hung with him..here is the viper: http://www.house-of-power.com/images/albert.mpg

Here is their run: http://www.cheesefrog.com/frog/cheezevsal.mpg

And here are his mods/pics: http://www.vwdov.ca/forum/showthread.php?t...?threadid=12840

Ah, there are a couple Civics from around here that would spank a stock Viper. And they are absolutely street-legal. Nothing new!

Impressive. I like how the Viper guy gives respect.

Horsepower is horsepower. I like the viper, but when it lines up at the light in the first vid, doesn't it sound like popping popcorn?

So, how much $$$ do you have to dump into a civic to make it compete with a viper?

Well...$5000 for the car, and about $15000-$25000 or so.

Bot too shabby, actually.

It could probably be done for less, actually. Most of the cost being labor, so if you did it yourself....
