Went to Palmdale on wednesday night. Hvrzz was out there as well as hammad (Sakred) in his 350z. Times were slow all night but still a blast. I showed up at 730 and got 6 runs in by 10 o clock. Some more peeps should come out next wednesday.

Mods please dont move this to racing and competetion dont want to here the elite tell me how Im driving my car stupidly.

Times are always slow. Palmdale is one of the worst tracks to go fast on (elevation & surface), but if you are out with friends it is fun to race against each other. Haven;t been there in about a year, but before that used to go every few months.

 

I seem to recall a heated discussion that was supposed to be resolved at the track?

 

yea what happened with that? I do know one thing though, I was drunk near the end of the track drinking on a park bench for whoever was there.

 

Come out next wednesday and you can see what he runs firsthand, as well as get a few timeslips of your own. Dont forget to take the kegs out of the trunk otherwise theyll weigh you down. Oh wait, nevermind well probably finish them on the way.

 

Thanks for reminding me to refill the keg, which I'll do tonight. I'm not going to the track next week with an empty mug.

well it was great 9k was having really bad traction issues. i did however race hvrrz and the first race i screwed up and missed second gear. the second we ran without any passengers and even with a shitty 2.3 60 ft i beat him by .3 secs which is about a car and i trapped 2 or so mph higher. my best run for the night was nothing to write home about it was a 14.5. i did however manage to beat a E46 smg M3. and i also managed to loose to very well driven 6 speed E46 M3. i should have video up soon. good times
