I am part of ClubLexus.com

There is a thread of a guy wanting to go against a STOCK s2000 with his GS4 (I'm not sure if it stock...he probably has some basic, basic mods)

Who would win?

oops, this is my friend's account and he forgot to log out

My name on Clublexus is "Static911"

If the S2000 owner can drive, then the S2000 will win. If not, then the GS will have you till 3rd gear till you start creeping past.

Yeah, as long as the S2000 does it right than it should be no problem. Most of the GS400's that i've seen at the track run 14.8's and 14'9s.

they have gs300 and gs400 until 01....the newest one is gs430/no more gs400.
As for the gs400/s2000. I own one and it's pretty close race especially on the h/w. Just make sure you're in your powerband(vtec) if you dropped on the h/w. As for drag, it's a little easier. For some reason the 1st gear of the gs400 is extremely weak, but the second gear for that car is where it putted down the power.
Took mine to the track last year and the best that i ran was 14.4.

Exactly what happend in my situation except I didn't just creep past him, I past him pretty quick in 3rd gear...& that was w/my a/c on the 1st level. it was from a rolling start, if it was from a launch, I'm sure I'd kill him right away.

BTW, where's this gs400 that wants to play? Cuz I wanna play. I barely have any mods .

I dunno. I think it should be a lot closer than you guys believe. The GS400 can run with a BMW 540i, and that is a low to mid 14sec car.
