over here in Socal on 91 oct. the most power i've seen on stock turbo'ed Evo 9 is 360whp on dynojet...
that's with:
TBE with test pipe
MBC @ 22psi
fuel pump
Cams
intake
with ported stock throttle body, ported stock exhaust/intake manifold, a FMIC kit, and maybe something else i'm forgetting at the moment, 380whp could probably be hit, but that's the absolute max...

If his clutch wasn't slipping, what would you say he'd pull on you...? 3-4 car's? 5 Car's? And lets not even get into what would've started to happen once your speed's increased a little bit more...This was right before kee1pride ran the s2000. And this is what the s2's clutch sounded like...

oh and it wasn't seriusly slipping. i drove his car an hour before we ran due to legal reasons when he and i went to get food. he made me push the car and shift it hard and it grabbed just fine for me. it definitely was slipping but it wasn't seriously slipping so quit trying to act like you have a clue about either of our cars.
oh and lastly about the lets not get to what would have happened if your speed increased anymore. we were already doing around 110-115 in that video. both of us had a lot of disadvantages. anyhow he picked the speed. i told him lets do a 60 but he insisted on a 20 roll. oh and lets not even start on what would have happened from a stop.

haha you're funny. trying to take away from my acomplishment of sticking with an GT35r S2000. shame on you. one thing is for sure, i'd kick the living crap out of you every which way. his clutch was slipping durring that run with the sti as well. these were only a few days apart. he RAN away from that sti. i expected him to put at least 2-3 on me because i do pretty much the exact same thing to stage 2 sti's. i have -never- lost to a stock turbo'd sti before. not even close. fullt bolt ons and meth with me on regular 93 i still put 4 and moving on my friends 05 sti. that was just a regular stg2 sti. without the meth on it was about 7-8 cars to 130. pretty much the same as him vs that sti.

And I say seriously slipping, because if you listen to his car in the STi video, the sound of his rev's basically never change. Through out the whole RPM range, and even when he shifts....Do you understand what that means? I wouldn't even recommend him running the car hard the way the clutch is.
I wonder what would happen to you if you bumped into a boosted s2000 with the same amount of mods that you have into your car. (Don't catch that one too much do ya) If basically a stock s2000 with a bolt-on turbo kit and a slipping clutch pulled on my pretty decently modded EVO, I guess I'd want another run too.

Oh, and by the way, your 8 and my evo 9 (which btw is my new toy, a month old now) would probably be a nice run! And if you'd like to see a video of harder launched EVO with less mods, just ask. I have a few from the track on friday!
better yet, how about you post up some time slips instead of just running your mouth. i have bolt ons and cams. so i list a different manifold and a different o2 housing along with a blow off valve and a fuel pump. big woop. he has all of that and more on me. hello. same engine size. revs to 9 (why would it NEED more head work?) he doesnt have to list that because it's all just included in the turbo kit.
ok, lets try again. evo with 16g (flows 43 lbs of air per minute) vs s2000 with gt35r (flows upwards of 65lbs of air per minute) sitting on a full stand alone with me on the stock ecu.
his engine tone sounds the same because he hits full boost at 6k and he's in his power band the entire time. if the engine tone never changed are you trying to say he stayed in one gear from 20-110? ROFL. thats a good one.
